It’s time to
feel better.

Alison James is a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in integrative mental health treatment. With diverse and broad training, she adapts her approach to suit each client’s unique temperament and needs. Alison is sensitive to the ways in which systemic oppression, exclusion, and marginalization impact the wellbeing of individuals and communities. She strives to practice from an anti-racist and ableist, intersectional feminist, sex and body positive, queer and trans allied, and class-conscious position.

my VISION

“I support clients in cultivating the clarity, confidence, and courage they need to change their lives.”
